Formated text (HUH?)

Has ne 1 worked this out yet?? I thought it may be for different fonts - bold - italics etc but that dont work.

Any ideas

And when you have sussed it:
Look what I can do!
I can change the font, put
it in italics, make it bold,
underline it and
hopefully change the colour!
