if i brake without indicator, the fog light on the dashboard illuminates a bit. that happens always.
but
when i turn on left indicator during braking as said -> the fog light on the dashboard illuminates but the indicator doesn't work. sometimes the indicator works OK, sometimes not.

of course rear lights are like Christmas tree at 23.58.

i suspect melted connector in rear lights but didn't check yet. more ideas?

Sounds like a poor earth point to me... probably on or around the area of the rear light clusters.

Might as well close the thread now! :p

As a quick fix, undo cluster plug, clean with wire brush and contact cleaner, use a tiny screwdriver to tweak the contact leaves so they fit tightly, then plug back in.

Best solution is to solder all the bulb holders to the baseboard (galvanised steel; use 'Duzall' soldering flux or similar, powerful (>80W or gas) soldering iron), then solder on an earth wire with an eye-terminal screwed to steel with a self-tapping screw. Problems fixed and lights brighter than ever (paint the cluster housing silver while you're there). See pictures for guidance :)

A little more detail would be useful Alex :p

LOL - OK...

The silver paint comes in an aerosol can (pressurised spray can). Shake the can until the ball inside rattles for at least one minute. Press the button on the top to...

...oh hang on, I'm not sure which part you wanted more detail on :p

Seriously, the photo shows an added black wire disappearing into the bodywork (drill a hole in the cluster backplate where shown) - inside the boot, there's the eye-terminal and self-tapping screw that I mentioned, and that's about it.
