Evening all, after some help (obviously!)
I have a friend who wants me to fit his LED kit to his bravo and I said I would do it as there is money involved ;) so how could I refuse.
what I want to know is, where abouts is the grommet in the passenger footwell and where does it come out in the engine bay? also, is there anyway of getting the wires from the tubes to the controller inside the cabin without going through that hole?
at present the tubes are powered by a ciggy lighter adaptor but I will cut it off and wire it to the nessesary wires were needed.
Any help guys?

Cheers,

Dan

When i wired my neons i came through with the rest of the electrics behind the steering colunm. Requires a long screwdriver and a stanley knife, oh, and its a f***in bugger :)

The grommet your looking for is on the passenger side.
Pull the carpet back from the footwell and you'll see it.
I recon it's about on line with the glove box level.
You can't miss it it's enormous.

my LED's go through the footwell one, easy access to the electrics behind the ciggy lighter.
I found mine by pulling back the carpet and sticking a 12" screwdriver through from the inside, makes it real easy to spot from outside. From above go beyond your battery +ve terminal left of your air filter and down, from below it's level with the back of the wheel arch about 8" in.

If you still cant find it.. i will point it out on sunday :)

ahhhhhhhhhhhh help!!!

I am absolutely baffled.
If I'd of known it was this much hassle I wouldn't of bothered trying!
Where do I fix the wires underneath to stop them hanging down? how do I get the wires around the wheels etc? has anyone previously had trouble fitting a rear tube as I have found the exhaust+heatsheild are in the way.
Cheers,

Dan

Re: ahhhhhhhhhhhh help!!!

when i fitted wimmys kit the kit came with extra plastic clip's
to hold the wiring in place. as for feeding the wiring i followed some old wire which he had on the car this went up behind the plastic inner wheel cover both sides ending with the wires coming up into the engine bay.

fitting the rear tube i made some metal brackets fitting them to the rear bumper mounting bolts making it easier to move the tube to the right away from the exhuast and fitting the tube to the brackets with the plastic clips

hope this helps :)
