Technical Fitting Punto GT managment to an Uno Turbo!!!

Hello all!
Here is a guide to fitting Punto GT management and Seb4 to your Uno Turbo.

Mine is a 1301cc engine, I brought the following bits:
Engine loom
Phase sensor
Crank plate
Pullys
Idle control valve
TPS
ATS
Injectors

Bassicly all sesnors/Parts from a Punto GT…

Firstly injectors.

This is how to fit PGT injectors to your Uno.

To start

So compare…

Take of bottom parts

Trim pinttle cap

Next trim the plastic around the top and remove the o ring

All trimmed and ready, the hose is hard to push over the barbs but it will never come losse!!

New seals

Ready to go

Fitted

So… here is the before..

Taking out loom

New Garrett GT25 with inline filter(Thanks Birdracer)

Turbo on

Turbo outlet

Next up is to change the pullys to the thin tooth type on the GT (Less chance of belt slipping)

Fitted a few bits


Phase sensor

Knock

ATS

TPS and adapter plate for RS Turbo

Fuse and relay holder

Still a fair bit left to do but I can confirm it runs like a dream!

Did the Garrett turbo from the PGT (Punto GT) bolt straight onto the Mk1 manifold? I wasn't expecting that.

I also like your treatment of the relays and fuses.

No it wouldn't fit. But this guy has used a GT25R turbo on a custom manifold anyway.

There is a lot of work in this conversion, great work!

Hello all just wanted to finish this guide...

A few new bits...

Got my catch tank welded with a 19mm hose fitting

New ally rad Vs old

Seb4 Chip

New wire distro point and ECU mounted on rubber mounts to absorb vibrations

Well wedged in!!!

FSE relocated with in-line digital pressure sender.

Now a few fancy bits..


Carbon Mirrors

Flushing oil

Gauges

Finished!!!

Next project....
