fitting lowering springs

getting some lowering springs soon.

have been quoted some ridiculous prices for fitting from around £100 upards. i have searched and found some good answers but wondering how easy it is to fit yourself with a haynes manual tools etc?

if not anyone recommend me sumwhere London or near London that can fit?

really easy to fit fell tools required would be a jack,axle stand, socket set, set of spanners, and spring compressors it will take you around 2 hours if you dont know what your doing but any idiot could do it no affence
