General Fitting Foglights

At the moment i have my fogs mounted outside the actual bumper mounts,which quite frankly looks out of place. so i want to mount them in the actual place provided in the bumper but am lost on where to bolt the fog to? anyone know where it is possible to mount it on the inside of the bumper? it is a L Reg 94 999 Fire Uno

if the bumper doesnt have the hole already in it, may be easier to go to a scrappy and get one off a higher spec model, cant imagine they'd charge too much for it either
