That car has definitely not been cherished and looked after by its owner. (odd wheels, broken locking, its filthy, rusty etc)
i'd bet the last time it saw some polish it was still at the dealer with no number plate on it!

rust could be an aftermarket wing, as as you said dan. fiat took a lot of effort with these cars and good body work was one of them, and still is a strong point imo.
apart fom that it still could be a nice little runner for a few hundred quid more!

the only way you will get rust loke that on a bravo/a/marea is if it has had a replacememnt wing which means it has been crashed!!!
