Hi, My first thread so here goes, purchased a cinq sx end of last year with the view to a minor restore before they all end up in the scrapyards, anyway trying to upgrade the dash to a sporting type fitted with the rev counter, there's an old thread from "custard" showing the signal wire feed from pin 23 of the ecu via the fuelpump relay to the back of the dash, reckons that the rev counter should then work, however when i've tried this as soon as the signal wires connects to the back of my dash the fuelpump relays trips out shutting down the car. Has anyone a clue as to what i'am doing wrong? I'am ok on mechanics but my electronics are a bit iffy so need it in laymans terms if any one can help. Thanks Redfox
