What are the opinions on the suede gaiter over the usual leather? (bearing in mind my seats are half black suede too)

Much better looking than the 80's joystick that was there before, suede is a nice touch, different to the norm

Looks rather decent, definite improvement over standard.

Need to replace the leather (probably plastic) around my handbrake and gear shift as it's slightly ripped from age. Was thinking of a brighter colour to add some colour to the cabin, but suede like you've got looks interesting :smile:

Was the illuminated shift pattern easy to wire up? Costly?

That is the skunk2 gear knob, its not illuminated mate just a nice shade of red that catches the sun.

Got to love ebay, the gaiter was only £8

Nice, looking at it more closely I see what you mean. Would like to replace mine, though lift up reverse limits it somewhat in the style stakes.

Good price on the gaiter as well, ones I've been looking at in leather are around that price.
