Technical Fiat X 1/9 Rear Control Arms

Hello All,

I have a 77 X 1/9 which needs new rear control arm ball joints. However, the Fiat parts store doesn't have any new control arms and the part numbers have been discontinued which normally means the parts are no longer available. Does anybody have suggestions on how to change the ball joints and what parts I will need to complete the job?

Try Monte Hospital in the UK, they sell the ball joint only, but it's a minor PITA to fit. (riveted on to the arm, and the rivets need to be drilled ALL the way thru to get them out) and they are not overly cheap either...

There was one on ebay just a week ago for only 10GBP..... NOS but a bit dodgey looking. Last retail price on the complete arm here in australia was around the $550aud mark (220gbp)
