Tuning Fiat Uno Lights

I own a 98 model 999cc FIRE Uno. can 100/130w bulbs be fitted in the headlamp assembly with proper relay and thick Gauge wiring. I am planning to fit it with a headlamp enhancing kit
I did a little research locally and found out that the headlamp assembly and reflectors for the Uno are weak and will not be able to withstand the Heat:bang:. Also coz of reflectors the effect will not be great. I am also planning to use Ceramic holders to prevent them from melting. i really want good visibility.

Gurus please advice.

well i'm running mine with 90w bulbs, which coupled with:

are more than adequate for use. been on for 6 months, loads of night use, and always get a strong solid, well defined white bean o light. heat has not been an issue

Mk2 headlights have a plastic housing and plastic reflector. Therefore, there might be a problem. It's hard to say for sure. We need the advice of someone who's tried high-powered bulbs in the Mk2.

i use HIDs but they arent any more powerful than halogens
