General Fiat ulysse 2005 heater problem, HAD IT CHECKED?

orginal problem was

Air blowing through side vents front and rear, but NOT through top or screen.
Heaters Luke warm not hot.
A/c cools ok.

Now it has been checked by Fiat dealers and they reccomend having all 3 heater motors changed or they are suggesting it could be an electrical problem?

Can anyone help?

Is it coming up to operating temp? Is blower running OK, seems like an electrical prob to me, changing a fan will not change temperature!!!!!!!!!!

The car is coming up to operating tempreture it goes up to 90C. The side window de-frozer or de-mister, sends out warm air not hot.(The side window de-frozers, threw front and rear doors). And the speed of the fan can be controlled okay. The front windscreen You can hear the blower, though you cant feel any hot air through the de-frozer or de-mister.

Directional side vents and directional central vents, you cant feel any air coming through although you can hear the fans spinning when you adjust the speed for heaters.

I would suspect the control panel where you set the temp as well as the fan speed, it also controls the different directions the fan will blow the hot/cold air.
