General Fiat ulysse 2.0 jtd 2000 x reg cutting out as i slow down

Hello everyone i am new to the site but i have been reading posts for several month as my car is playing up.I have bought a car scanner and the codes that have come up are

P0 230 fuel pump primary circuit

P0 243 turbocharger supercharger wastegate solenoid A

The car as started cutting out as you slow down or take your foot off of the excelorator but it does not do it all the time only when it feels like it and it can be quite dangerous at times.

It also does not pull as well as it did i take it this is down to the turbocharger.

I have been looking for a book to help me but i cant seem to find one and as i know very little about cars i need all the help i can get.

hello would the ignition relay make the car cut out on a diesel or is it just used on start up for the glow plugs and also would changing the fuel filter help and how do you change the cartridge filter under the water bottle as i dont know how to take the cap off as i am afraid of breaking it as it is plastic this is a photo of my fuel filter housing i think and engine.Many thanks for any help.

ps i dont know how to up load photos but there is a black plastic housing under the water bottle with what looks like fuel pipes coming out so i guess this is the fuel filter.Many thanks again

Hello.just to let people now what i did if it can help some one else.

I changed the fuel filter and the mass air flow sensor and air filter car drives quite well now and does not cut out and as much more power and does better mpg but is still not perfect because of the turbo i guess.Have erased all the codes and will see what happens in the future.
