OK, so i have been doing a lot of rummaging around on the internet as of late and i am quite surprised with the sheer volume of cars with the Fiat tipo floorpan/chassis.

So far, this is what i know uses the same basic floorpan:

FIAT:
Tipo, tempra, bravo, brava, marea, coupe

Alfa Romeo:
145, 146, 147, 155, 156, GTV, GT

I will update this list later with the lancias.

It is good to see that the tipo chassis still lives on in the GT and 147, although it has been modifed over the years to take the double wishbone suspension and made stiffer.

Imagine the engine swap possibilities! 20v turbo in a tipo? 3.2 v6 in a Bravo? 1108cc fire in a gtv? lol.

Seems you've missed a couple on your list!

You missed the Lancia Dedra, and the Fiat Tempra. Also the Lancia Delta Nouva ;)

Updated.

I will add the lancia's tonight.

Incidentally, do you know the early Lancia delta's (up to and including the grale evo's) where strada based lol.

Common floorplan yes - Strada based - no. There is a difference!
Last Lancia to have a unique flooplan was the Beta, all since have been based on common floorpans (or floorpan derivatives) with Fiat and Alfas except (I think) the current Thesis.
