Fiat Tipo 1.4 formula carb spring problem

Please help me to find out where the spring fits onto my carb
it is just dangling loose and when i 1st start up the car from cold i can only keep it ticking over by pressing the acceletator
so i think it has something to do with the choke side of things
does anyone know where this little spring fits onto
