General Fiat Stilo Nav+ Problems

I have got several Nav+’s and non of them work. I bought several radios as the original didn’t come with a master code and as the car was sorn so the battery was removed so I decided to buy another just for the same conclusion worked without ignition for a while and because of the no master code to make them work it then had a black screen after a couple of turn on’s but when unplugging it and plugging it in the multi changer still makes a sound of the cds moving about.
Any ideas
