Fiat Punto 2000 MK2 Speedo & Indicator problems!

Hello, just picked up this car as a cheapy, needs a bit of work but should be good to go when its done!

It does have a few problems I am not sure of though. The first is the Speedo doesn't work, all the other dials work fine however the Speedo just stays at 0.
Also the indicators work fine, however they do not illuminate and flash on and off on the dash I am not sure if these two are linked so im open to any suggestions!

Yeah the ticking noise is still there.

highly probable that it could just be the light is out then, or a fault in the circuit somewhere.

no idea about the speedo, best to take it down to a garage ASAP, and then get them to sort the indicators out whilst they are there.
