General fiat marea maual problem

i have recently purchased a fiat marea and am having problems finding a manual , also i am trying to service it but i am finding the sump plug hard to remove do i need a special tool? all help would be appreciated

the sump plug requies a certain size hex bit, i cant remember the size, but any motorfactor will know if you tell them you need it for a fiat sump plug.
