General Fiat Marea-engine stalling

I have a 1999 V reg Marea Weekend 1.6 petrol with 80000 miles. The car is generally running well, but in the last week has started stalling at idle speed. This only happens when fully warmed up, there is no misfiring, but at idle the engine cuts out. It re-starts every time but stalls again at idle speed. Any ideas on the problem and where to look.

First thing to try is :

Run some petrol treatment through the engine.

If this doesn't work then maybe the throttle body needs to be cleaned / replaced.

This went on my car recently and its not cheap!
