Looks good, I would be interested in seeing what other work was done to the rear suspension, as with all that lovely power the weak point when original was the rear end handling.
In the early 70s I had no problem passing my friends Spitfire on the inside of tight bends with my mildly tuned Ford Anglia.;)

Hi Mike ,
We are fitting a lower A arm with a second pick up point at the rear of the chassis ( made from left over tubing from other projects ) . The rear spring is gone , replaced with a top arm linked to a wide mount on top of the Subaru R160 diff . This is not ideal but shorter than the original spring . Avo coil overs hung from Canley frame extenders . New half shafts are being currently fabricated to link the Subaru inner lobros and MGF outer CVs .
