Fiorino (Mk3) Fiat Fiorino back door jammed

Hi everyone!
1st time on the forum
Can anyone tell me how to fix my back door that has jammed on my Fiorino van
Its not the left hand door where the key goes in - so i can get into the back of the van - its the right hand door
when i pull the release lever the bottom of this door releases but the top of this door stays locked
Help !!!!!!

Sounds like the a cable issue
Remove the door card and have a look at that end first
