General Fiat Ducato Headlights

This forum has helped me in the past and has proven to be a font of all knowledge of which I was grateful - here is another issue.
Both the headlight plastic front cover on my Fiat Ducato 244 2.8jtd 2003 headlight units have become crazed all over but not cloudy (I assume with breakdown of plastic material in sunlight or age ).
The motorhome is due for an MOT soon and I suspect it might fail.
Can you just replace the plastic front cover of the headlight unit (or is it not detachable) - I have not seen any available so presume not.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to buy a reasonable priced new set of headlight units Fiat part nos 1337817080 & 1337818080.

After market ones are available from eBay but I don’t know how good they are. Beware they may not have the electric levelling motors in them, which I assume, contributes to the hefty price tag of original Fiat units. Also be careful, some of the advertised ones are for left-hand drive vehicles if not sourced in UK.
