Technical Fiat Ducato 2009 armored truck

Hi all,

I am new here.

I recently bought a fiat Ducato 2009 armored truck for my job, I have some issues with the AC and was hoping someone could help me out.

I have no air flow in the cabin what so ever. What is the best thing to do in this case? Check some fuses? But which ones or any other suggestions.
