Technical Fiat doblo cargo Timing belt

Hi I'm in the process of replacing cam belt with a cam belt kit from gates including the water pump unfortunately the new belt has 190 teeth and the old one has 193 teeth spacing is identical I've looked on eBay and they are quoting for my van 190 but I obviously require one with 193 as the new one just will not fit can any shed some light on this it's going on a jtd 1.9. 8 valve on a 2002 plate engine looks original

Done some research looks like it's a 1.9 d engine in my van and not a 1.9 jtd that would explained why new belt was 3 teeth shorter ..water pump / tensioner and running pulley look the same though so looks like I've just got to purchase another Timing belt this time for a 1.9 d
