Technical fiat doblo cargo lucas set up

hi guys newbie here! i have my own garage and bought myself a fiat doblo cargo 02 plate van!
it is the 1910 cc
i bought it when the van was warm and it ran great!!
when cold it starts and cuts out hunts alot and basically does run great until it is up to around 90c
it has several faults in the system which my launch diagun has picked up!
they are as follows
prehaeting relay
0252 [2,84,2,52] please refer to the relevant manual
flow modif throttle
1604 [2,84,16,4] please refer to the relevant manual

i took it up to my mate at fiat and he told me 2 change the glow plug relay as it can cause all sorts of problems i have and it is just the same

i checked estimated pump output is bang on 5 so thats ok
ect sensor reads ok
fuel filtyer been changed
did ounce have a crank sensor fault but it has never came back
when van is hunting thre does not seem 2 be any air leaks neither!!
has any1 else had this?

Stuart,

firstly welcome to FF.

I assume it's the non-turbo version? I would check the rotor position
check positions as I reckon you will find a difference between the
actual and target values. New pump time

i thought this was the case aswell! what position should the rotor be in?
apart from that it seems a great van?
where is the best place to get a pump?

I simply monitor (datalogger) the target and actual readings (normally 3-11mm) and look for any deviation. The ecu could also cause these symptoms though as it controls the rotor position.
