Technical Fiat Doblo 1.6 Injectors not firing. Any ideas?

I have a 1.6 fiat doblo 2015.

It wont start.

It turns over and sounds like its gonna start and wont.

Checked everything all sensors, fuel pressure, timing etc and the thing still wont go. Its driving me nuts!

The injectors fire fuel out and then somethings stopping them from going again

Any advice and help would be much appreciated.

Can't see video, it wants me to register with Google Gmail, so that is not going to happen.
I have a 2010 1.6 Doblo Maxi.
Have you read any error codes, are there any warning lights on dash, possibly immobiliser/key issue as can still turn but not fire.
Can you hear the pump in the fuel tank on turning key to first position.
Does vehicle have an inertia /crash fuel shut off button?
Fuel blockage?
What is the history around vehicle?
I had a Grande Punto that had a fuel pump relay trigger wire issue that stopped pump in tank powering up, traced it to a broken/rotted wire a few mm from the ECU, though in that instance it stopped the starter operating also.
