Technical Fiat Coupe Wing Mirror (construction)

Hi. I have a problem I want to repaint my Coupe, but i don't know how to take apart wing mirrors... I can't find their construction anywhere!
Maybe somebody knows how? Could you tell me? Also pictures would be great!
