integrales are all 2.0 8v or 16valve, are you sure someone on turbocollective is fitting a coupe engine, or is it wayne with the hf engines.
I think the 1.6 engine was fitted to the 2wd HF Turbo. All Integrales as you said were 2.0 litres.

The uno chassis as we can all see wasnt designed for the 20V engine but that problem is that the MASS of the engine will upset any form of front balance
Ask any Vauxhall/Opel Nova/Corsa driver
There was a 280BHP touring car engine'd Vauxhall Corsa (500BHP/NM Ford Saleen Mustang killer though!) where i lived and when he was under hard braking the front was "Bobbing" excessively
A combination of the extra mass and hard spring/damping rates contributed to that effect
By all means try the combination but its might take some time to "iron out" any issues
Think of it as a Vauxhall Astra VXR ....
