Technical FIAT BRAVA SX (1581cc PETROL) Misfiring until warm

I have read these threads extensively but none mention the fact the car drives fine after warming up.

When I start my Brava (R REG 1998 1.6 SX) it misfires as if not firing on all cylinders and the injector warning light eliminates on the dash.

I can still drive the vehicle though not with full power then after about 5 minutes it is as if a Turbo kicks in and I have full power again and all 4 cylinders.

Yesterday I replaced the Spark Plugs and HT leads but unfortunately the issue is still there.
Next I guess is the coil pack and injectors but does the fact the car is fine when warm tell anybody anything???

Injector light: ECU has some idea what is wrong.
Or even if its generic misfire code, it still should point to right cylinder.

Could be lambda/ecu temperature sensor?
