Fiat Badge: dirty under the plastic??

Under my fiat badge it seems there is some white streaks??? i think it may be from water seeping in and getting between the gaps where the plastic shell meets the zigzag|bumpy shape of the fiat sign?? any help on what i can do to prevent this or remove this? or do i need a new fiat badge?

What badge is it, the one in my signature? If so,it's all stuck together and you can't take it apart without breaking it, so you'll have to get a new one.

If it's a different type of badge it might be different though.

probably easier in many cases to get a new one and clean the area once the old one is removed

yes lloyed it is like that i THINK. it looks a a bt like a reflector on a bike so it is jagged underneath with a clear shell over the top. But I think i will just get a new one anyway
