My Dad took them off a Fiat in a scrap yard a good 10 years ago. He took them off either a 126 or a 127 he couldn't remember. They may well have come off of a 127 but they're not original FIAT wheels, as evidenced by the fact that they are stamped Yugo. A quick search looks like they are off a Yugo 45GL.
