We’ve had our new Fiat 600e for about a month now and have driven approximately 1,600 km. Yesterday, something strange happened.
The entire climate control system stopped working. It’s stuck on ‘Off’ and can no longer be activated via the physical buttons or the touchscreen. None of the related buttons respond — from the volume knob to the blower fan settings. Essentially, the whole climate system is unresponsive: no fans, no air conditioning, and no heating.
I’ve already looked into doing a hard reset, but restoring to factory settings didn’t solve the issue.
I contacted Fiat Netherlands, but they were unfamiliar with this issue. The dealership couldn’t find an immediate cause either, and now I need to book an appointment for a full diagnostic check.
I’m wondering if anyone else with a Fiat 600e has experienced this problem? If so, how was it resolved? I’d really appreciate any insights or suggestions!
Thanks in advance!
