Been putting this off for a while but when I bought this car for my mrs it had the airbag light on constant on the dash, obviously it will have to be working for next m.o.t as it will fail if the light does not extinguish! And really, it should be working as a matter of safety.
So i checked it with ecu scan and this is what I have found, please see pictures!
I think it's buggered:bang: won't clear any of the codes and the 'control unit fault' is the present fault(all the others are intermittent which is probably me diconnecting it while battery was connected to check connections)
BUT? Would it be fixable?
Looks like the heater matrix has gone at some point and emptied the cooling system on to it(little copper oxide on pins in connector)
