Technical Fault code P0268 Cylinder 3 injector circuit high

Randomly and rarely (perhaps once a month) the check engine light comes on and the engine goes into limp home mode. A key off/on restores normal operation. The DTC is 268 which indicates a problem with the injector wiring I understand.

I have a 3L Ducato-based A class motorhome (Pilote)

Anyone had this problem and found a cure?

How do I access the injector wiring? (being an A class means there is little space around the engine for viewing and access).

Any help gratefully received.

Probably guaranteed corrosion to the wiring from either water ingress, or the loom rubbing against the ECU bracket, making the smallest Pin prick hole allowing water in over time to corrode the wiring.

A thorough proper check and clean up of connectors and the loom,

It could be a faulty injector, but I'd hazard wiring

I posted a thread with photos last year about the loom wearing on Ecu mount, tginkni called it "money saving tip" or similar (check yours before it costs thousands like mine did)
