has anyone used fastfiat.com to buy parts online?

I did online order on tuesday for some springs, 2-3 day delivery, now friday and no springs so I checked bank account and payment hasnt been taken, I have tried to phone them but no answer.

Has Anyone else used them and if so, what was the service like?

I am probably just impatient, but to me if its says 2-3 day delivery then thats what I expect. I got a order sent to me via email, so they did get it, and then theres the payment they have yet taken. Grrr online ordering!!!

Not a comment on fastfiat directly but you need to, some how, differentiate between companies who you can order on-line through and actually are committed eRetailers. A lot of the former are good face to face but seem to lack any concept of net buying being almost as quick as walking into a shop.

its a case of whats in stock with fast fiat.its seems the online system cant/ doesnt access whats in stock.

well whaddya know, I go out for 1/2 hour this afternoon, and they turn up!!

I had to phone them again to query the invoice. the phone was answered this time quickly and I think its all sorted now.

I ordered online, "-40mm for cinq sporting"
my invoice in parcel, "cinq. non sporting kit 'a' spring kit"

The guy assured me that I will stil get the required drop in height

payment still hasnt gone out my bank though....

May take a few days, i got my new tyres fitted two days ago and that hasnt gone out either, so long as theyve acknowledged payment and you have receipt i wouldnt worry

i ordered some spring from them and came the next day!

also ordered some light covers a few years ago and again, they came with 2 days or so!
