I had one similar on my 1.2. (Got the proper fiat one but looks same)
Basically you swap a relay behind the glove compartment and thats it!
You will get button fobs with it which will lock your doors. It really is that simple.

it looks like the one, i got mine from fiat itself though. but that one is the same, just make sure about mk1 and mk2 fitments
