its all in and i've been down and heard it running! :_
they just need to do some settin up before i can start putting some miles on it, but as its taken alot longer than they thought and i am only paying what they qyuoted thay are doing other stuff they had nbooked in, so is taking aages for them to find time to finish it, which is a pain in the arse!

i think everybody who uses this forum wants to see your brava! think we need to organise a meet sometime that you can bring it along to when its done.
Aidey - have you got you front bumper sprayed yet or are you leaving it black? was gonna ask you at Gaydon but never got round to it.

Yeah, i shoukd be going to USC,
I'm glad i will have someone to compare to, means i can see if Avanti are ripping me off!, i have got a bit more worrie about it, with what everyone has said, etc, but i guess its easy to find bad stories about anywhere? i hope so anyway! lol

Try not to worry about rumours too much Al unless you know some one who has been ripped off.
People used to rumour monger to me about Well lane Turbo but when I went doen there they were so helpful and professional!
People like to sound like they know the score and a classic way to do it is slate some thing or some one as they think it makes them sound good.

yeah, when ever i've been down to see it i've been happy with what they've been doing, and they were more than happy for me to come whenever i wanted, etc etc, I just turned up many a times,
I mean they are typical somerset, lol, fagin hand, working with a biscuit tin, but it all seems good..

Whats the spec they done on yours again? I know you said about a hyrbid being added on, what else they done? Which ecu? what uprated tipo clutch?
It is easy to find out horror / scare stories, but i know a couple of people who have been ripped off by them.

It is not a clutch meant for tipo,lol
the only thing that worries me about avanti really is the mix and mash of diferent parts from different cars. .

Oh, and it is an Integrale ECU running it at the moment! not sure if thats a good or a bad thing really, but it seems to run well enough and sounds laright at the moment!

I wouldnt worry too much about the mix and match of parts, mine is! coupe engine, tipo box, grale clutch cover and plate, tipo thrust bearing, tipo loom, grale 16v ecu, grale sensors etc etc
The grale ecu will be fine, been on mine for over a year now

i am getting it sprayed v soon, just wait for the rieger rear diffuser to come been waiting a week,
any ideas how much it should cost to spray the fromt and back in a metalic paint
