General fait specialist needed for lockable fuel cap please help!

hi there i need to know where i can locate a fiat specialist so i can get a lockable fuel cap for my fait ducato van - d reg 1986? any ideas?

fiat dont do it, nor do the motor spares shop and they said i need to find a specialsit - do you know one please
i am in dorset but i guess it dont matter where it is as it may be online or order and pay over phone.
its soooo easy to nick fuel from it and so im too worried to fill her up unless i can lock the fuel cap! (im well aware that they can nick fuel even with a lockable one but its still stupidly easy to pull my cap off and i dont want to just give it to the rotters!!)
