Technical Facia plate for 2010 punto evo

Hello everyone.
Newbie here. I’m Jane from Cheadle, Cheshire.
I was wondering if I could ask for some advice on a stereo facia. I have a 2010 punto evo. I’m looking to replace the head unit with a double din apple car play. The only problem is every facia I find says it’s for a left hand drive vehicle. I’m not sure what the difference would be, it doesn’t look like one side tilts or anything. I’m just wondering if anyone has changed their stereo to a double din and could give me any advice?

Passenger's side contour sits higher than driver's side, so you need a different fascia than LHD cars...

I don’t suppose you would know where I might find one? Everyone I’ve seen says for LHD.
