That looks as cheap as you will find.
Would there be any chance you might be able to show us some pictures of how they actually fix to the van if you buy one.
I have always thought about one but have been afraid that it involves a lot of holes and potential rust where it has to be fixed, and also how much the wind might buffet it and cause vibrations at the fixing points.
