exhaust system; feasibility

Can I just ask the feasibility of this exhaust system? With regards to the heat on the plastic bumper, how much effect this might have. Heat proofing can be done, but don't want to leave a dirty black mark either.

Also, any ideas on pricing? Powerflow for example? Standard ish backbox, then obviously custom tips.
