Technical exhaust manifold...

ive heard coops are prone to these cracking.

unfortunatly it hit my 20vt coop poor thing... sounds awful when she first starts up.

anyone got an ideas on where i can get a uprated/performance one from which is "less" likely to crap in the near future...

also any recomendations on any other engine tuning is welcome...

i want a bit more power from her

Chip tuning? £30 for a G-Tech, always good. Just remember to fit a boost gauge. Free-flowing exhaust? £150-700, nice sound. Bigger turbo? £600-1500. Uprated intercooler? £150-£400. Then you have air filters, live mapping suited to your car, de-cats, Aquamist, Colombo + Bariani Cams, Hell, why not chuck 5 grand at the fccucker and go for a 2.5 conversion

It's really up to you, what do you want? Big range for the 20VT now.

Performance/uprated exhaust manifolds for the 20VT are few and far between, particularly if you have aircon. They are also hideously expensive (think 4 figures).
Best advice is just to get another Fiat one.

i need a new manifold too but me and my mate at work are taking it off and welding it up.

c'mon, it's more like bloody £8 - 10k, and that's just the basics !
