ive heard coops are prone to these cracking.

unfortunatly it hit my 20vt coop :( poor thing... sounds awful when she first starts up.

anyone got an ideas on where i can get a uprated/performance one from which is "less" likely to crap in the near future...

also any recomendations on any other engine tuning is welcome...

i want a bit more power from her :)

Chip tuning? £30 for a G-Tech, always good. Just remember to fit a boost gauge. Free-flowing exhaust? £150-700, nice sound. Bigger turbo? £600-1500. Uprated intercooler? £150-£400. Then you have air filters, live mapping suited to your car, de-cats, Aquamist, Colombo + Bariani Cams, Hell, why not chuck 5 grand at the fccucker and go for a 2.5 conversion (y)

It's really up to you, what do you want? Big range for the 20VT now.

Performance/uprated exhaust manifolds for the 20VT are few and far between, particularly if you have aircon. They are also hideously expensive (think 4 figures).
Best advice is just to get another Fiat one.

£5K for the 2.5 ???

c'mon, it's more like bloody £8 - 10k, and that's just the basics !

cheers
