Technical Euro 3 emissions conversion to Euro 4

Hope someone can help.

I have a 2004 Fiat Doblo which is rated Euro 3 for emissions but due to new legislation for taxis I need to convert it to Euro 4 - is this possible?

I provide disabled transport and the car I have is set up perfectly and the engine is sound so I don't really want to change it.

If anyone knows of a conversion kit please let me know.

Euro four is basically more efficient engine producing less emissions.

This includes the useless DPF and all that entails.

To be honest, you'd be cheaper getting a vehicle manufactured after 2006 as they were fitted as standard from then on.

It's nothing to do with emissions and safety and more to do with the clowns in Government raping us for more money....

Thanks for your reply and I guessed that might be the case. So any vehicle from 2006 onwards is Euro 4 with a DPF?
