Looks like the Bravo (1.8HLX) is needing new shocks all round - so wondering if anyone knows what I might have to fork out for this?

100 beeeellion dollars :)

Seriously though, I have no idea :)

if your going to get a garage to do it then id say your looking around 300 ish

you can get all the shocks yourself though for 100 or just under and pay someone whos fairly handy with spanners to do the job.

are you still down in Canterbury or back in Bonnie scotland?

I'm sure Darren could bodge it for you, he knows his way around a spanner :)

300??! Ugh, that hurts. I'm also needing two new tyres, and I'm yet to start work!

I'm back in Scotland now, Andy - just in time to get away from those tremors :p

I did find they were 100 to buy, though didn't know how long it would take. I would try myself...but I'm seriously useless with these things :$

Matt - I bug Darren enough already, so don't think he'd be pleased if he were to open his front door to me holding a bunch of shocks :p

Hmmm...kiss and a cuddle you say.

Uh, I mean - no, never! Besides, it might spoil what you two seem to have going... :p

shocks are not that hard to fit at all. when i needed to replace mine. i found a scrapped car that was low miles and not to much damage and just took the whole lot.so easy stright swap.

life is to short to look back
