The wiper motor relay (windscreen) should be inside or on the wiper motor itself (a container mounted on the motor body)
The problem might also be the corroded switch of the stalk unit.
French: le relais devrait se situer dans la boîte monté directement sur le moteur des essuie glaces. L'interrupteur du levier sur le volant pourrait être corrodé.
