Technical enter code into radio

I have the code to the Blaupunkt radio in my Croma car, but it continuously says WAIT and won't let me enter the code.

I have the code to the Blaupunkt radio in my Croma car, but it continuously says WAIT and won't let me enter the code.

The radio says WAIT because someone has entered an incorrect code too many times.

To clear the WAIT message, you need to leave the radio and ignition switched on continuously until it clears, then enter the correct code.

Depending on how many times an incorrect code has been tried, the waiting time could be several hours.
