General English user manual for a 1985 fiat Panda 4x4

Hey guys I am newish owner of a 1985 fiat Panda 4x4. I'm in the USA and looking for an English user manual to help me work on the car.

I am also looking for sources to upgrade headlights/bull ball lights if anyone has a good thread they can share.

What upgrades are you looking to do to the lights? I normally just ran standard, I think some of the Italians have some upgraded designs but not sure what they tend to use!
