Hi,
Yesterday after 2 hours of rainy and snowy driving, I had the engine control light flashing. The car juddered each time I pressed the gaz pedal and I had to drive very slowly for 3 more hours.

The manual state that this can damage the cat, how to know that the cat is damaged? Because a damaged cat or no cat is the same to me =)

If the control light is on all the time now - you must get a diagnostic check at fiat
If it stoped flashing, the problem is gone :)

BTW - do make a Q ;)

It's still flashing but only from time to time, not always and a lot more in 4th and 5th than in 1st,2nd or 3rd...
It seems load related more than rmp or speed related.
A quick search makes me think it's either the plug leads (cheap) or the injectors (not cheap). How to distinguich?

Hi, nobody knows what are the major cause for making that light blink?

Change the plug leads either way, it cant hurt. What the real problem is, you can only find out if you do a diagnostic check

Only real way to tell is as Sven suggests, a Fiat diagnostic.
Just had one for my 1.6SX Brava, it cost £38.50.
It revealed one error code...No 4 Injector.
I hope yours reveals something else cause new injectors cost me the lions share of £500!
Good luck.
