General Employee discount???

Hi,

I am looking at a Punto TwinAir 0.9 85 (2012) tonight. I have a friend that works for fiat who says he can get me an employee discount for 24.5% (!?) off the retail price of the car - Can someone confirm that I can do this and how to go about doing it?

I got a friends and family discount off my 500 in may, don't know what % it was though so it can be done
