General ELM327 to monitor car sensors

Hello to Fiat forum.
I am Jack. I bought a elm327 bluetooth adapter and need information.

Can elm display stilo's sensor information and show in it not working as it should?

Fuel information
Oil information
maf info
map info
throttle valve position
etc?

Where I can find standard info on what readings to expect? Maybe someone know?

In past I spend lots of money on diagnostic etc... so trying to do everything myself now.

Any advice welcome.

Yes, it can do all that and more (even information from other nodes on the car network)

It all depends on the software you use - I think most of us will agree multiECUScan is the best software available for Fiat thats available to the general public.

Ok, but how do I know which readings to expect? I got stilo 1.6 2003. I tried to search but couldn't find..

Theres no real answer to that to be honest because the 'normal' readings for most sensors will vary massively depending on engine load and temperature, atmospheric pressure and temperature, fuel quality etc. Some sensors may give you 'desired' readings that you could compare against though.
